My Hips Don't Lie
Running 12 miles in less than 3 hours is rad.
Doing it in 40 degree weather is pretty bad ass.
This is so not rad.
My next apartment building must have an elevator. Please remind me of this if I ever move.

Oh, and all my pictures have little black borders around them. Otherwise, I stole them!
when's your cortisone shot? i had hip bursitis a few years back and got the 5 inch needle. hurt like hell, but i haven't had a problem since. enjoy!
