Short-Yardage Attention Span
I've got a confession to make: I'm not a huge football fan. If it's not UCLA playing, I'm not really engaged in the game.
But two of my favorite men love it, so I try. It's hard when one is a hard core Saints fan. I just cannot root for a team that has a former Trojan like Reggie Bush on it. That's like trading my Bruin card in for half a brain and a gigantic wad of stupid.
Lucky me, today my insurance company sent me a token of appreciation: the entire season's schedule. So now I can make sure that the Giants, Raiders, and Saints are all accounted for.
Don't start shit because of the Raiders. When you grow up in a house with a dedicated Raiders fan, there's nowhere else to go but Raider Nation.

I don't care for football, either. But my hubby is a hard-core Broncos fan, so I have to fake it every once in a while... What's new, right? :)
The bf is on a fantasy football leage team...and they had some HUGE meeting last night for the draft...me and all the other wives/gf's are picking our teams based on the colors and/or the last names and/or how cute the pleyers are. I'm a harcore Beavers fan...and they play UCLA up here Sept 29th, so look for me at the game! ha! Also I have to admit, after watching the HBO series on the KC Cheifs...I have a soft spot in my heart for them...but I'll always favor my Bengals!! Orange and Black is a big thing for me I think...hmmm...

College ball is going to be good this season. The tradition and rivalry of college football is what makes it exciting.

I feel the same about football. I'm a baseball gal myself.
Well you know I'll be sitting with the Rockstar rooting for the Chargers. I'm still not sure about football rules. I could care less actually. Roonie I'm with you, baseball all the way, it's easy to understand. Although Basketball and Hockey are still above football.
