If your ex, who you had completely written off as a lost cause, suddenly starts calling again but refuses to leave messages, what do you do?
Why the hell would said ex bother???
I imagine situations like this would leave one feeling batty. I personally hate that little red Missed Call icon that isn't complimented by an orange Voicemail icon.
So should you ever call me, in reality and not hypotheticals, leave a damn message. That's all I ask.

The only thing that bothers me more than someone calling and not leaving a message is the person who you've called and left a message calling you back without first consulting the message you left. Because really the person might not have had to call if they'd just listen to the damn message.
What? I'm baffled by this. I've come to the conclusion that MEN DO NOT LEAVE MESSAGES...and just seeing a missed call from an ex without a REASON (ie a message) pisses me off so bad. ugh. I'm mad right now!
Also, you need to move to Portland and move in with me. I need a roomie. STAT!
Maybe he's just that into leaving messages.

Jay: Maybe he's just an idiot and should leave me be. Hypothetically speaking, of course.
voice mail requires a) checking, and b) some sort of response usually. Neither of which I am inclined to do.
if I'm expecting a call then I'll be around to answer it. Otherwise you take your chances.
